The
true seals are sometimes called crawling seals to distinguish them from the fur seals and sea lions.
They live in the oceans of both hemispheres. The Inuit practiced hunting in the Arctic, they recovered the meat for food, the fur for clothing, grease (like oil) and the bones to manufacture objects.
